The My Wash Club App allows customers to manage their car wash services, including their monthly wash pass. It provides access to washes and ancillary service credits (where available) and automatically renews each month until canceled by the customer via the app.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time directly through the app. However, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months.

If you cancel your subscription and re-enroll within 30 days, your re-enrollment date will align with your previous subscription cycle, and you will be billed as a continuation of the prior month.

No, the monthly wash pass is valid for one vehicle only. If another vehicle is washed using your pass, it will automatically be added to your family plan, and your monthly charges will increase accordingly.

Yes, the monthly wash pass cannot be used with other discounts or promotions. Additionally, the service is subject to availability and may be impacted by adverse weather conditions or maintenance closures.

The operator reserves the right to close the car wash without notice for maintenance or adverse weather conditions. These closures do not qualify for refunds or credits.
